My summary.
Science make a human become esper and religion make human become a mage.This event take place in Academy City where almost 80% resident are students.Toma Kamijo is an Level 0 esper.His right hand can nulify every power including his good luck.Because of that,he always got bad luck.His normal live change when a girl named Index was hanging at his balcony.It was reveal that Index is the guardian for 103,000 forbidden book.Now Kamijo Toma duty is to protect Index from all the people that after her.

Just read KHR newest chapter.Really shock to see Hibari hurts in the battle.I thought that Hibari already die.But luckily it was one of Mukuro Rokudo illusions.~~
